"Oh, roight," Toad replied quickly, covering his eyes and turning around. Hopefully it would fit. If not he was in deep trouble. And he'd soon feel a metal claw around his neck.

But that was not the case, as he heard the sounds of rumpling cloth behind him. And then a satisfactory compliment about comfort from Omega Red. Toad uncovered his eyes and turned back around, hoping that Omega Red wasn't still half naked or something. That'd be awkward.

And there he was, decked in a baggy Iron Maiden (appropriate huh?) T-shirt, jeans and shoes. Not bad. Not bad at all. Though he should probably take out a baseball cap or something for the hair...

"'Ey, moight as well 'ead out. No point in ya gettin' all dressed up for nothin'. Plus Oi can't cook," Toad responded cheerily. "Any toipe in particular you're 'ungry for?"

A large grin appeared on the Russian man's pale face.
He hoped he didn't frighten Toad too much with it.
He laughed in a quiet tone. ''I don't think anyone will like my Russian beet soup. It's the only thing I can make.''
He looked thoughtful.

''Well, there is one restaurant I enjoy going to. I went there sometimes when I was head of the Russian Mafi....''
He decided not to complete the rest of his comment in case he scared Toad. ''Anyway, Carmine's has the best lobster. There's other food too. It's located in Brooklyn.''

Toad chuckled. Well, that beat him anyway. Though Omega Red should smile less often, it was kind of creepy. He never noticed how pointed teeth could be before. Though Toad had to remind himself not to judge on personalities, because he had an abnormal one too.

Toad gulped. "Lobsta?" he asked weakly, "Ain't that koinda... expensive?" God, place sounded ritzy. Not only did he not have the clothes or appearance to get in, his wallet never had enough to afford a side salad, let alone a meal. "We can troi anyway Oi guess..."

Toad eyed Omega Red. Well, that was one solution, even if it was not the most morally correct or practical. And the sound of people vomiting everywhere did not make a good image in Toad's mind. Still... who'd ever accused him of being ethical?

"Why wouldn't there be otha people?" Toad questioned with a raised eyebrow, "An' yeah. We'll figure something out. Worse comes ta worse we jus' leave without payin'... or somethin'."

"As for the car," Toad's voice trailed off. Well, Wolverine's was off limits for obvious reasons. Magneto probably wouldn't want to lend them his car. Cyclops's car... no. He thought deeper. Well, Wanda would fry him no matter what he did. He might as well get a car in the process.

"'Ow does Wanda's corvette sound?" he asked with a semi-diabolical grin.

((We can start a new thread in NYC for the restaurant or keep going in this one. Your choice!))

Omega Red glanced at his companion. ''It would make me look very suspicious if others dropped dead because of my pheromones. Humans are paranoid when it comes to mutants.''
He shrugged at Toad's question. ''Any mode of transportation sounds good to me. Shall we depart, comrade?''
